A Label That Tells a Story

River Roots was built on Midwest pride and a passion for whiskey. Rooted in Cleveland, Ohio, their mission is to offer spirits that are as bold as their city’s history. To reflect this vision, Octavo Designs created labels that capture the spirit of the Cuyahoga River—literally and figuratively.

The single barrel bottle labels showcase custom illustrations of the Cleveland skyline, where whiskey barrels meet tree roots to symbolize heritage and craftsmanship. Printed on Bright White Felt (which is FSC Certified 🌳and made with 30% Post Consumer Waste ♻️👍🏼) these labels exude luxury and quality, just like the whiskey inside.
